Would like to filter worksOrders paged results by priority #5952

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We have a request to filter workOrders by priority (low, medium or high)

Describe the solution you'd like We would like to be able to pass a "priority" filter to a worksOrders paged request to get say the "High" priority works orders only For example "&priority=high"

Describe alternatives you've considered Only by parsing the full results set ourselves to keep the ones we are interested in, but that messes up paging, etc.

Thank you for raising a feature request. Feature requests will be prioritised in accordance with our roadmap, customer and developer priorities. This request will be reviewed in our weekly refinement sessions and assigned to a specific project board or column, depending on the nature of the request and the development work required. We need to review this further as the priority information is stored in a semi-structured area of the database which does not make it easy to filter performantly. I will speak with our product team to discuss further

The nature of this request requires product direction and therefore we have moved this issue into our ‘Not Ready’ column whilst we obtain the information/direction required. This issue will be updated when a produt decision has been made. For more information on our processes, please click here

Whilst the nature of this request has been accepted, we are unable to commit to a specified sprint and therefore have assigned this issue to the ‘Long Term’ column (typically completed 9+ months). We will regularly review any issues and where development capacity is available, or work is aligned with our Roadmap, the issue will be updated.
