Invalid negotiator urls when application is accepted by a sub-office

Describe the bug API Call: https://platform.reapit.cloud/negotiators/laka reapit-customer:TEA-GTAC

This returns the negotiator profileUrl of:

  "profileImageUrl": "https://assets.reapit.net/tea-gtac/live/pictures/NEGS/LAKA.jpg",

This url is incorrect. The correct url should be https://assets.reapit.net/tea/live/pictures/NEGS/LAKA.jpg

I'm not sure what the terminology you use internally for this particular kind of app install, but our app wasn't installed by the main TEA account, we've only got access to the GTAC sub-account. When the URL is created however it's incorrectly using the whole sub-customer id.

• Use TDD to ensure that group ids are stripped off the client code when generating the URL for a negotiator profile image. There is an extension method in the identity package to do this already
