Unable to perform actions in developer app - Error: 'The remote name could not be resolved: 'app.reapit.cloud'' #7377

Describe the bug I'm getting an error when trying to perform actions in the developer app (eg. trying to open a tenancy). The error is 'The remote name could not be resolved: 'app.reapit.cloud'.

Not sure if this is relevant or not but I'm using the Microsoft Remote Desktop to access the app on a Mac.

I've attached a screenshot of the error details.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour eg:

  1. Open the Reapit developers app
  2. Try to open a tenancy

Expected behaviour A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Hi @FrankieMalpass that is a very old version of the developer edition. You will need to uninstall and download it again to resolve this as the configuration has changed. When it was changed you should have received an email - unfortunately I don't have a copy and the person who sent it is away this week. Let me know if you have any problems
