Add BNK table into Data Warehouse #7521

Background context

As an data warehouse user, I want to be able to access data held within the BNK table of AgencyCloud within data warehouse. This is not currently possible.

Specification

Request to add BNK (Bank) table into Data Warehouse synch. Requirement is for ability to turn this on by exception, so may need to add ability to overwrite standard data sync for a single instance.

@smckay90 @HollyJoyPhillips We need to have a discussion about accounts data in general as people are asking for different things. Enabling accounts data will result in a higher ETL cost (particularly transaction data which is typically pretty heavy volume) so this needs factoring in too

This request forms part of a larger roadmap discovery item to review our current Endpoint offering and any additional areas we may consider opening up. Accounts and related fields will be reviewed as part of this discovery. Once complete, tickets will be updated.
