Arrears data #9531

Please can we look to pull the lettings arrears data for both tenants and landlord? Not too sure if this is part of the large Accounting information process

Hey, I see this issue is still open so I'm going to piggyback on it a little.

I'm also interested in being able to get the amount of arrears that are present on a tenancy and also the date/time of when that tenancy entered into arrears.

The reasons are as follows:

  1. Wanting to be able to know if a tenancy has been in arrears for 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 90 days etc so that we can take different actions.
  2. Wanting to be able to know how much £ is owed in arrears on a tenancy so that we can do things with that numeric figure i.e. £500 in arrears.

This would be incredibly helpful. Is there any way we can get this information at the moment from the API? I haven't been able to find it as of yet.
