Request for information on processing times for API within API response

While Reviewing performance issues in the My Agency App, the Agentpoint team have observed that API responses are taking a while. Please also see https://reapit.atlassian.net/browse/PBI-4793 for original issue

Since it is difficult to distinguish if the long response times are due to network latency issues or due to long running APIs, Nicholas Tiley has asked us to raise a ticket for the platform team to see if the API responses can include the time taken to process the request.

Please advise if this is possible. Alternatively, do the https response headers support trace ids to help us with our performance analysis

For specific timings on REAPIT calls we can walk you through datadog and show you some of the calls that are long running. We use datadog to trace the times. Here is a link if you have access (If not please talk to Nick S)

This issue has not been resolved for us in and is still a problem. We are waiting on a response from the platform team re next steps??
