Add support for entity alerts

Summary Hi, how can we retrieve and create an alert on AC activity feed for specific record type (i.e. contact/property/applicant etc.)? it's a requirement to build the Contact Look-Up app, we have looking at /journalEntries service and looks like that service doesn't handle the things. Any reference/service that we could try it on?

• 10594 deals with reading of contact alerts

• Property: prp.extra.othAlertText and prp.extra.alertNeg
• Applicant: app.extra.othAlertText and app.extra.alertNeg
• Tenancy: ten.extra.othAlertText and ten.extra.alertNeg
• Contact: cnt.cntExtra.cntAlertText and cnt.cntExtra.cntAlertNeg
• Db also has a modified timestamp. Suggest we used the same model outlines in the aforementioned ticket
• Need to understand what restrictions there are surrounding writing of contact alerts

Alerts are not currently supported through the Foundations API so I'll convert this item to a feature request which will be reviewed in line with our development processes.
