Save output of notebooks. #31

Going for a consistent approach across the board. Having the output in the notebooks makes for an easy read (e.g. in the previewer in GitHub) without having to run the notebook. One can always click "Clear all" in the UI and start afresh to walk through the notebook step-by-step.
