Badges for listed data products #6

One idea is we could use badges, e.g. to categorize our datasets in the README in the covid-datasets-aws-data-exchange and aws-data-exchange repository.

@mwkaufman Using a badge from https://shields.io and wrapping it in an "a" tag would work.

Example:

When you click the "COVID-19" badge above it brings users to a list of Rearc-Data repos tagged with "COVID-19".
