Not compatible with bs-platform 7 #63

The latest released version of reason-apollo (0.17) is not compatible with bs-platform 7, as mentioned in this issue.

I think it is crucial to upgrade to bs-platform 7 asap, so maybe it is a good opportunity to stop being dependent on reason-apollo? There has been discussion about moving to monorepo, but it seems like it is quite a lot of work and will be a long process (and I unfortunately know almost nothing about lerna 😞).

Does anyone have rights to publish a new version of reason-apollo? master branch works with bs-platform, but it is not released yet, so if we can bump version there, we can at least make reason-apollo-hooks compatible with latest bucklescript very fast.
