fix: make compatible with bs-platform 7, update example #64

This PR updates reason-apollo to latest version, which works for bs-platform > 5, and updates the example to latest bs-platform.

Now we need to mention somewhere that we require reason-apollo > 0.17 for it to work with bs-platform > 5. @fakenickels what is the best way to do this? readme and release notes I guess?

I think the best is to do both, I can add it to the release notes when releasing
