Auto dismiss broken pipe error #19

Dismissing it manually is annoying. With this change error related to Broken pipe will be auto hidden after 1 second.

@zaaack Let's wait. I almost finished it yesterday in airplane, just need to rebase against master w/ this change and clean things up. There are few questions, I'll submit PR today or tomorrow and ping you.
