Pin the reason-react dependency to 0.2.3 #26

I'm guessing this was accidentally checked in during development (I didn't think I was supposed to have reason-react checked out locally). I'm happy to provide a CI config for a simple compile build on Circle/Travis if you think it's worth it.

Yep that was an accident... Sorry about that. We've moved onto 0.2.4 (go check out the blog post =D).
