- upgraded for python3 compatibility
- updated settings.xml and language layout using strings.po
- added dialogs for UHD Premium and Server Maxed errors
- sorted menu items as seen in einthusan website
- fixed menu icons to skin defaults
- fixed top-rated menu
- premium account username, password, preferred_server not tested
