• Skilled in relevant programming languages e.g. rust, solidity, C++, go,

• Understanding of blockchain protocol design (smart contracts, consensus, p2p networking, cryptography, DeFi, NFTs)

• Experience working with relevant frameworks, databases, tools and testing libraries (e.g. substrate, tendermint)

• Experience maintaining an opensource codebase
