We turn the state-of-the-art L0/L1/L2 techniques into enterprise-ready DEX solutions at scale. This is an opportunity to work on the full lifecycle of a DEX platform for innovative financial targets and products - you will research cutting-edge techniques on L2 infrastructure, smart contract, market making, order matching, security and other decentralized token/derivatives trading related service, implement them in a fast-growth Web3 startup environment, and ensure they are integrated in a reliable and scalable way to bring real value to our platform and customers. We offer world-class technology and research capabilities, but we are still unconstrained and nimble enough to remain deeply entrepreneurial. We believe in bottom-up initiatives with top-down alignment. 基于ZKsync 2.0 完成dex架构中的链上交互合约，需要实现的功能参考strakex。 ● Partner with our product teams to design, architect and ship the Web3 trading infrastructure on the frontier Zksync 2.0 stacks that help grow our total addressable market and drive better customer adoptions. ● Leverage your knowledge to design, build, and deliver scalable and resilient codebase to foster and incubate the technical ecosystem for our trading platform. ● Creatively solve functional problems with the Product team even when the initial answer is not fully defined. ● Conduct research and evaluation on frontier L0/L1/L2 technology and industry solutions about trading and DEX infrastructure, APIs and protocols to provide actionable insights and deliverable roadmaps. ● Build and support internal tooling that helps us grow our infrastructure offering. Influence designs, architectures, standards, and methods for DEX infrastructure systems for security, reliability, scalability, and serviceability. ● Serve as a mentor to junior team members and a standard-bearer for engineering best practice. Qualifications 3-5年软件开发经验 1-3年solidity 开发经验，精通智能合约开发，有成功项目经验的优先 有dex开发经验优先 有zksync开发经验优先 有较强的研究能力，深度理解需求并实现，能满足平台定制化的合约开发 ● 3/5+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with solution architect in fintech, DEX or CEX companies. ● Solid understanding of algorithms and current L1/L2 technical stacks (especially zksync). Experience in leading highly cross-functional projects. ● In-depth knowledge of smart contract, Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) and other alternatives. ● Professional experience with one or more general purpose languages (Java, C/C ++, python, etc.) and one or more Web3 Languages (Solidity, Rust, Go, Javascript, etc). ● Professional experience in one or more mainstream frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) or backend frameworks (Java/Spring, Python/Django, Golang, etc.) ● API design experience with RESTful, GraphQL, etc. with great sense of security and ease-of-use for developers. ● Experience with dex is a big plus. ● Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, ● with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional impact.
