Founded in 2023, Exogenous, Inc. is a software technology company building Exocore, an omnichain pooled security protocol powering an open market for decentralized trust. Exocore is a blockchain infrastructure that connects to other L1 blockchains to allow restaking of existing staked L1 tokens or LSDs (liquid staking derivatives) to supply token-economic security to off-chain middleware protocols or applications. Restaking is a new category in the industry with huge potential to reshape how security is modeled and utilized by various security-focused applications.

Core Team

Warren Paul Anderson, Co-founder and CEO Warren has been working full time in crypto and web3 for ten years. Warren was the CEO of Discreet Labs to lead a team of over 80 engineers and operators building scalable privacy systems using zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) for web3.

Rongjian (”RJ”) Lan, Co-founder and CTO RJ has been working full-time in the blockchain space since 2018. Previously, RJ was the Co-founder and CTO of Harmony, where he led the development of the Harmony blockchain, which pioneered the introduction of sharding to PoS networks.

Raluca Ada Popa, Co-founder & Research Advisor Raluca is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at UC Berkeley. Her research focuses on applied cryptography and security systems. Raluca also serves as a Director of Sky Lab at UC Berkeley, where she leads a research group focused on decentralized trust and security.

岗位要求、职责

About the Role:

The DevOps & Test Engineer is responsible for the infrastructure operate and maintain in cloud environment, deployment pipelines automation, testing infrastructure set up and test, Your role will be ensuring the reliability, quality and scalability of the software product through effective deploy strategies and continuous integration/test practices.

You will work with a globally distributed team of top-tier engineers and collaborate with leading researchers in cryptography and blockchain protocols to implement and maintain the best web services in a secure and efficient manner.

Job Description:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-services core components.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects, performance issues, and scalability concerns through systematic maintain and analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in DevOps and software testing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with software engineers and other stakeholders to integrate automated testing into the development process.
• Be an active team member by always looking out for cost effective innovative solutions and by facilitating the adoption of industry standards

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related majors.
• At least two year experiences in maintaining Web3 related infrastructure.
• Experience in operating infrastructure on at mainstream Cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure..),Git, Terraform, Prometheus.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Linux system.
• Experience in networking, CDN, Gateways and deployment strategies
• Understanding the microservice-based architecture and operations
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Golang, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in DevOps, Agile, or Software Testing (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, ISTQB Certified Tester) is a plus.
• Fluent in English is a plus.
