Job Description:

The Opportunity: We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll take the lead in developing and imblementing strategies to boost our brand awareness. attract new customers, and fuel company growth. If you have a passion for marketing, a knack for content creation, and strong project management skills, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant Impact on our expanding business *Please note, this position requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating a certain level of multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities:

Daily Marketing Activities: Execute and optimize daily marketing campaigns across various channel's and platforms
Content Creation: Develop compelling written content, including blog posts, social media updates, and website copy. with a focus on Twitter engagement
Partnership Management: Handle coordination and communication with external partners and outsourced resources
Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative growth marketing concepts and initiatives

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

English Fluency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as the primary working language
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), ChatGPT, Slack, and Monday.
Communication Style: Comfortable with asynchronous communication and a strong emphasis on using documentation to exchange information effectively.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or growth-focused role.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Open-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Prior work experience in a mature internet company
Global Exposure: Stud abroad background in an English-speaking Country
Crypto Expertise: Experience in the cryptocurrency space ability to provide a crypto address is a strong plus)

Bonus Points

Experience with SEO/SEM
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Figma)
Knowledge of social media advertising
