An "Issue" dropdown list which could include some of the most common issues that Metro riders might encounter (e.g. late arrivals, subpar condition of bus interior/exterior, rude drivers, etc.). Also consider including an "Other" option/field where riders can input an issue that might fall outside of the issues that are included in the dropdown list.
