Made swipy same as other fixed branch #501

Fixed https://discord.com/channels/1163949787213746248/1251412931657072692 This wasn't really going away if tried to make small changes to the code.. The other "fix" that was fixed by rintaro and shivam, though fixed this bug, broke other parts of mangareader. Like you couldn't swipe to the next page if you were on the 1st page of any manga. I have removed some notes(I don't think are needed) and at least tried to make the code easy to understand. This pull doesn't change any other file other than the swipy.kt like the other pull so you can review and merge it. @dawnusedyeet on discord. This pr is for dev branch.
