Fix issues when building for iOS

After the tech guys moved everyone's iPads to Mosyle, we haven't been able to test our apps on iOS....

• [x] Beg librarians to please add Expo back
• [x] Fix any crashes
• [ ] Fix any scaling/rendering issues that have popped up since then
