Only process today, tomorrow, +14 and any days with too much missing data #308

Currently, the entire XML download is processed and loaded.  EPG updates would 
be much quicker if it only processed today, tomorrow, +14 and days with too 
much missing data.

I think args to mc2xml can also reduce the size of the xml file being created 
as well.

Going to process all days to ensure that user filters and generators are always 
processing the latest data available.  Users may be baffled when their filters 
aren't being processed for the in between days.  Since we're downloading all 
the data every time anyway, might as well process it all.
