Split the jar into two: server and common jars

If Tom decides to update the STVi, he'll need a separate DataStore jar that can 
be loaded on clients.  DataStore can't be used outside the server until this 
issue is fixed.

r1681 pretty much completes the code refactoring that will allow for the jar 
split into the server jar and a common jar.

Lots of testing of the refactored code first, then I'll make the build changes 
to split the jars up, then I'll ship the common jar off to Tom for him to play 
with.  Probably won't look at this code again until after I return from 
vacation so it's going to be a few weeks before I actually make the build 
changes, unless I find some unexpected time this week (_very_ unlikely).
