could be a tool drawing circles inside a big circle to get some effect like
the MS paint.

it's possible?

I think it might be possible to create a layer in a document that uses an
HTML:canvas.  This would open up quite a number of possibilities.  For one, I'd 
like
to see Harmony integrated into SVG-edit :)

woah, I'd just discovered Harmony, amazing!.
If the canvas layer it's possible the code for the spray can be adapted from
http://canvaspaint.org/

Workaround: Draw a line with the freehand pencil, then add blur. Tada! Looks 
like spray paint. :)
