Remember User Preferences #576

This would be a nice feature for Cycloid:  Remember user choices (using a 
cookie or local storage or whatever):

  * Link Control Points (smooth or not)
  * Side panel open and its width
  * Path segment type
  * Move element to layer dialog popup
  * etc

This would also allow us to add "Remember choice" to all dialogs (things like 
"New Document", etc).

Another one: "There are unsaved changes." - that one gets annoying to me fast :)
