canvas and background image didn't zoom in together

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click Document Properties
2.set up a image path as background
3.click ok to save.
4.use zoom tools to zoom in.
5.only in Firefox can zoom in the image, other browser can not.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. expect that when I click the canvas, either canvas and background image will 
be zoom in together.

In what browser did you experience this problem? (ALL, Firefox, Opera, etc)
can not work in Chrome, IE8(with chrome frame).

In what version of SVG-edit does the problem occur? (Latest trunk, 2.5.1,
etc)
version:2.5.1

I can confirm this issue in Chrome also, I'm setting the background using the 
bkgd_url config option.
