Call zoomChanged(window, 'content') #897

I would like to call zoomChanged(window, 'content') or any other function so 
when I pass the url when loading the page, the editor automatically Fit the SVG 
to the content within the editor.  I can't seem to figure out how to call the 
function from either within the svg-editor.js or from PHP.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
