keyboard zooming with control/command + and - #987

Right now command-plus and command-minus zoom every element in the entire 
interface. That's a cool option for accessibility, but I really think shouldn't 
be the default. Let users enlarge the interface buttons through an 
accessibility menu. For anything resembling production work, easy zooming in 
and out from the keyboard is absolutely essential.

I agree with this. However, if I recall correctly, this is one of the things 
that browsers don't allow you to override. I'll take a look.
