Set up Heroku deployment #15

Deploy to Heroku so that Contributors can see Security? Access?

Howdy! I'm willing to help with this. There's a way to set it up so that once a pull request is merged, it will automatically deploy. I set it up similarly on another open source site. Heroku integrates well with GitHub, and the instructions are very thorough if you'd like to try it here: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/github-integration

Hi @belongstorachel! Thank you! I am setting up Travis CI as we speak - having trouble with the first build failing. Then it should be ready
