I couldn't help but notice you're a VS Code developer.

I've heard that VS Code was intended to start as a fully in-browser thing, but was partially abandoned due to the need for tmTheme/onigurama.

Are there any big plans for this project? Is this just an experimentation?

I left comment in https://github.com/theia-ide/theia/issues/944#issuecomment-362153632 . Right now it's my personal experiment but look forward to ppl's ideas on this and any contribution (feedback, discussion, whatever) is warmly welcomed ❤️
