how do we use dgvoodoo2 with this fix?
on intel it works fine if i use the d3d9.dll (this fix) with dvxk.dll (dgvoodoo2) and with reshade (dxgi.dll).
But this setup crashes with AMD cards because even if reshade is taken out of the equation, using this fix with dgvoodoo2 crashes the game as soon as you are given control.
