Linux support #88

Fleet Manager can build just fine to linux-x64, and it seems to start up as it should – but for some reason, it crashes without any error message, most likely when it first tries to connect to SQL Server:

Figure out why that is, and pave the way for running Fleet Manager on Linux! 🐧
