Fixing issue with update for saga. #5

Need to set parameter to blob instead of raw. If set to raw on update it would cause issues since on insert it was set to blob.

We don't know how to fix the integration test errors; Testing locally it works. It seems that the errors are due to being unable to connect to oracle database for testing.

I don't think we ever figured out how to get appveyor to work with oracle.
