Updating container tests to use new ActivationContext pattern #2

Some tests are failing - they were already failing before my change.

Rebus is MIT-licensed. The code submitted in this pull request needs to carry the MIT license too. By leaving this text in, I hereby acknowledge that the code submitted in the pull request has the MIT license and can be merged with the Rebus codebase.

hi @trevorreeves , I feel bad for having had this PR laying around for so long.... it seems StructureMap has been deprecated in the meantime, so I've decided to deprecate Rebus.StructureMap.

If you feel it should not be deprecated, please let me know.
