ShowDown example

• Updated everything to rebus2
• Added new PostgreSql Transport
• removed sender / receiver adapter settings and replace with the HandlerActivator that does both send and receive
• remove the file logging, as this was getting locking issues with the new async syntax.
• Add showdown project back to current projects and update readme to reflect this

Also added in a Postgresql version of the SqlScaleout. Once the Rebus.Postgresql nuget is updated, the nasty one way config can be removed (because I forgot to add the extension)
