Getting this error:

ERRO[0203] Listing OpsWorksCMServer failed:
    ValidationException: AWS OpsWorks CM is not accepting new customers. This command is therefore no longer supported. 
INFO[0204] TagOptionNotMigratedException: TagOption Migration not complete

You can generally ignore this. It doesn't affect the tool usage. I would advise just excluding all OpsWorks resources in your configuration since you clearly don't have them enabled.
