Zoom, which should have no input, sometimes generates files #75

I haven't seen it happen since. It might be that temporarily I had broken the noise_floor computations, though I don't think I got anywhere near them...

I saw this happen again during experimentation.

It might be that zoom occasionally presents itself as an active input and I record a little from it, there's no way for me to detect this.

By default the minimum length of an output file is 1 second, which might make this vanish.

We'll test all this at the end and see, but I'll leave it open until then.
