Cannot edit the speed %

@wsirota: So I can't reproduce this. Can you give me more information?

• Is the field greyed out?
• Or it's not greyed out, but typing in that field is disabled?
• Or is editing enabled, but after editing the value reverts to 100%?
• Or is the editing persistent, but you just don't hear a speed change?
• Or is it something else?
