Unable to authorize. #706

@wsirota and Steve seem unable to authorize the program.

You can attach the actual file to the issue so I don't have to request document access...

I did not see how to attach anything but an image file to the issue. What am I missing?

Hmm, when I clicked on this originally, I got told by Google Drive I couldn't access it.

But when I see the most recent email, I see a .zip file attached which seems fine...

will check in detail later...
