Exclude break dates in ical export? #316

In the ical export, we currently schedule classes for breaks. This is because we import semester start and end dates automatically from webfeeds. Breaks would have to be hardcoded in. For now, marking wont-fix, but maybe worth revisiting in future.

Actually maybe we can get this info from https://registrar.princeton.edu/academic-calendar/subscribe-instructions/ -- there's an ical feed of the academic calendar.
