Scraper: remove sections that registrar outright deleted #319

It seems that sometimes instead of cancelling a section, the registrar actually deletes it outright.

One of my classes (HUM 225) no longer has a lecture on the Registrar's site or TigerHub, but it's still on ReCal.

Indeed, the Registrar's site (https://registrar.princeton.edu/course-offerings/course_details.xml?courseid=013788&term=1172) shows:

But in ReCal we have:

(with enrollment for the lecture as 9/999).

Also true for LIN 360:

LIN 360 seems to show two precepts that don't actually exist on the registrar page. I'm enrolled in the class and it definitely doesn't have any precept.

I don't remember this happening in earlier semesters -- perhaps the Registrar has started doing something new.

Did we ever get around to this?
