Use i18n for all text #8

With Django i can active the i18n machinery to translate all text.

But this will take a few more ressources, so have to think about it's needed or not (and so all text will be in english forever). Ask about this to the Recalbox team.

Ok it has been confirmed the need to translate, just french and english for now
