feat: Add Apache License #49

@lukasheinrich This is ready for review. This is needed as PR #48 needs a LICENSE file to later be able to properly pass manifest checks and build which will go into a sdist and wheel build and deploy PR.

I just chose Apache as that's what you and I seem to usually add to projects, but obviously we should go with whatever License is appropriate here.
