At some point, it might be nice to redo the captions workflow so that the worship caption removal happens first and manual editing happens later. But for now, either

Wait a few minutes to give BoxCast a chance to publish the captions.
Check the status of the captions when fetching them from BoxCast; wait and retry if they haven't been published yet.
