[Feature request]: Import meta txt #16

With this great program we have now an export possibility for the meta data of images. We also can now edit the data where needed. Now I noticed, that it would be very convenient if we also could import meta data from txt files.

Example workflow where it would make sense: Generate an image Generated meta data is saved as txt Upscaling/editing the image to a final state -> most if not all meta data is lost Import previously saved meta data from txt file and make png complete again

Just drag the txt into the window in edit mode.
