chore: upgrade deps

This package suffer from lack of update so I propose in this PR to do the following:

in dependencies

• upgrade react-css-transition

in dev dependencies:

• move to jest (I have seen this was a step for recharts 2.1)
• remove karma
• remove chai-*
• upgrade webpack dependencies
• upgrade babel dependencies

security

• npm audit fix
