Update packgage and project for Swift 5.10

• Update latest settings to last xcode version for the projects
• Update SPM module to 5.10
• Add readme to the Project

How I tested

• [x] I have compiled the Examples project and launch it
• [x] I have fork and change the repo url to my forked branch and launch my project
