Some responsive display changes #45

Fixed the changing width of the sidebar - made it fixed width so it looks nicely for any screen width. Also fixed that weird offset problem in the navbar with the location of auth stuff.

I get this error in my console Refused to apply style from 'http://localhost:3000/antd/dist/antd.css' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

@LeshemNoa I am trying to understand if this and the weird things I'm seeing above are related..
