Typos in Intro. and Chap. 1

Intro:

• Sect. 2: "we would love you hear from you!" should be "we would love to hear from you!"
• Sect. 3: "fundamentals recipes" should probably be "fundamental recipes"
• Sect. 3: "dig into out appendices" should be "dig into our appendices"

Chap. 1:

• Footnote 2: the last timestamp has an extraneous left angle bracket
• Sect. 1.1: "Machine simply compare" should be "Machines simply compare"
• Sect. 1.1: in the first JavaScript snippet "appointents" should be "appointments"
• Sect. 1.1: the first snippet of JSON is not well-formed -- there are two curly braces after each description instead of one
• Sect. 1.1: "which result in no change" should be "which results in no change"
• Sect. 1.1: 1900s should be 1990s?
• Sect. 1.1: "The answer to that questions" should be "The answer to that question"
