Implement an option to disqualifiy a fencer during a tournament; if a fencer is disqualified he is deleted out of the pool for pairings, all his fights up to that point count for the CUT and scores of participants.

Maybe let the user also enter a short statement/ reason for the disqualification and save that.

There should be different escalation stages for single tournament and the whole event (#26).
